I'm with the Fraunhofer IFF in Magdeburg as a project manager and research engineer in the business unit of testing an measuring technologies working in the areas of Computer Vision and industrial 2D/3D metrology. The main focus of my work is on efficient 3D point cloud analysis. A special emphasis is on the transformation of founded scientific analyses into practical industrial applications and prototypic optical measuring systems.
